The City that Sailed comes and goes as it pleases, following the stars to warmer, calmer waters as the seasons change. Blackbrine is a city of pirates, known as the Brineborn, some of which haven't set foot on land in years. They are raiders, shipbuilders and famed explorers that terrorize all who cross their path. Blackbrine comes and goes like rain, there one minute and gone the next.

A thick, ancient jungle is home to the people of Crixus. Less civilised than their cousins in Clead, the Ecrede who first sailed to and settled the land here chose to mix their lines with the native tribes of the Tabai. The jungle is as deadly as it is beautiful, as are those who roam it, adept in the art of poison gathering, blood rituals and sacrifice. There is more gold here than water, but the locals won't part with it lightly.

The unexplored lands of Emanys are ruled by fierce tribes of people known as the Ontari, who live in gers and migrate with the seasons. As the only race adapted to the dangers of Wild Esen, the Ontari have developed an innate ability they use to manipulate energy, pulling and forming it into a mirrored wall they use to conceal their hidden city. Crossing into their lands is forbidden and caution is advised.

The arid, moving dunes of Nejem stretch as far as the eye can see. Conditions are hostile, the barren sands supporting little in the way of vegetation and though there is life here, Nejem is famed for its traditions in honouring the dead. Perhaps the oldest countries in Noar, Nejem is rich with promise and adventure. The sands conceal secrets etched into scattered monuments and buried temples. Cursed and blessed by the gods.

A land of opportunity, far younger in its design than most. The capital city, Andaris, was established by famous explorers said to have defeated the mighty dragon, Renmere, who fell from the sky into the sea where it turned to stone, forming the landmass for this wild and untamed land. The country is ruled by a king, each of the seven regions overseen by noble houses sworn to protect and serve the royal family.

Home to some of the most notorious people, gangs and organisations in all of Noar, Rathos is best known for the smugglers and thieves who rule it. Its many bays and shallow waters make it difficult to navigate by boat, deterring most who do not know its shores well. Shipwreck Bay is the most famous and well established of these, bustling with trade and activity. The locals are about as trustworthy as a raincloud.
